There is always the possibility that we may choose to cancel a workshop, and we reserve the right to do so at our discretion. If this should happen, your workshop fees will be refunded in full. If you are concerned about recovering other expenses, please consider purchasing travel insurance. In the event that a government shutdown or other restriction occurs that prevents access to the original workshop location, we will do our best to find suitable alternatives in the same area. Refunds are not available in the case of a government shutdown or other travel restrictions. We recommend travel insurance to protect yourself from this possibility. It is impossible to predict the weather when arranging for a workshop. What some would consider bad weather often makes for great photography. Participants should arrive at the workshop prepared for all weather conditions and temperatures. Cancellations, for any reason, must be in writing (e-mail or regular mail). Refund Policy
If you cancel 60 days or more from departure, you will receive a full refund, minus a $250 administration fee.
If you cancel 30-59 days from departure, 50% of your workshop fee will be refunded.
No refund will be given if canceling 29 days or less from departure.
There are NO EXCEPTIONS to our $250 non-refundable administrative fee policy. We suggest you purchase travel insurance to protect yourself.
